  • -At least 1 skein of yarn of each colour (I used baby yarn.)
  • -crochet hook (I used 6mm)
  • -poly-fill stuffing
  • -safety eyes(I used 20mm)
  • -yarn needle
  • -stitch marker/scissors

Pattern Instructions

Body

In your main colour

  • R1: 8sc in Mr
  • R2: inc around (16)
  • R3: (sc,inc)x8 (24)

Insert safety eyes

  • R4: (2sc,inc)x8 (32) between R 13/14 about 8 sts apart
  • R5: (3sc,inc)x8 (40)
  • R6: (4sc,inc)x8 (48)
  • R7-16: sc around (48)* 10rnds
  • R17: (4sc, dec)x8 (40)
  • R18: in FLO (sc, ch1, Hdc, Slst in the same st) slst in next st, repeat around

F.o hide tail

  • R19: insert the hook in BLO of R18 and sc around (40)

Add safety eyes between R

  • R20: (3sc, dec)x8 (32)
  • R21: (2sc, dec)x8 (24)

Stuff firmly

  • R22: (sc, dec)x8 (16)
  • R23: dec x8 (8)

Slst f.o leave a tail and sew the hole close

Tentacles

Ch 28

  • I made 6 you can make as many as you like (this is how many times I did but you can make more or less ch based on the length you want your tentacles to be) Starting from the second st from the hook HDCinc in each stitch until reaching the first ch F.o leaving a tail for sewing
  • Roll the tentacles through your fingers to make sure they have the right shape
  • Using a yarn needle sew each tentacle on the bottom of your jellyfish
